Dr. Ajit Desai

Dr. Ajit Desai is a well-known cardiologist in Mumbai with more than 32 years of experience. His area of expertise lies in pediatric and adult non-invasive and interventional cardiology. Dr. Desai specializes in Coronary and Peripheral Angiography & Angioplasty and Balloon Mitral Valvuloplasty and other valvuloplasties.

He has also performed Cardiac Catheterizations, 2 – Dimensional Echocardiography, Stress Testing, Vectorcardiography, Apexcardiography, Pacing, Electrocardiography / IABP / Percutaneous Cardiopulmonary Support.

After completing MBBS from the University of Bombay in 1997, he pursued MD in Medicine from Topiwala National Medical College and Nair Hospital, Mumbai. After that, he completed DM and DNB from prestigious universities. He is well-trained in Interventional Cardiology from Rouen, France.

Dr. Ajit Desai has worked with various hospitals like Breach Candy Trust Hospital, Mumbai and KB Bhabha Municipal Hospital, Mumbai. Currently, he is working with Jaslok Hospital and Sir HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai.
