Dr. Bagdi RK

Dr. Bagdi R. K is Head of Department, Paediatric Surgery at Apollo Children Hospital, Chennai. And, he simultaneously practices at Bagdi Nursing Home in Thyagaraya Nagar, Chennai. Dr. Bagdi R.K  has 33 years of experience in his field at Apollo Children Hospital, Chennai. He completed his MBBS, MS - Pediatric and MNAS from the University Of Bombay in 1960, 1964 and 1968 respectively.  Dr. Bagdi R.K has also been awarded U Mohan Rao prize in 1997 and Madras Univ Rajasthan Shree 2005. He worked in Tamil Nadu Government Service from 1980 – 2004, VRS as Professor of Pediatric Surgery from ICH & HC 2004, SRMC & RI Porur as a professor & Head of Department of Pediatric Surgery from 2004 to 2009. Dr. Bagdi R.K holds professional memberships in IMA, NBE, ASI, IAP, IAPS, PESI, ISPEN.
