Dr. Laxmi Kant Jha

Dr. Laxmi Kant Jha is Consultant – Nephrology, with Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospital, U.P. Dr. Jha began his career in 1992 with an MBBS degree from Patna Medical College, Patna, followed by MD and DM from PGIMER, Chandigarh. Bright as an academic student, he was the recipient of Special State Merit Scholarship between 1984 and 1991. Dr. Jha’s thesis work led to a publication titled ‘Bronchial hyper-responsiveness of women with asthma exposed to environmental tobacco exposure’ in the Indian Journal of Chest Diseases & Allied Sciences in April–June1999. He holds life membership to Indian Society of Nephrology, Peritoneal Dialysis & Hemodialysis. Dr. Jha has previously worked as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at Silver Oaks Hospital, Mohali and Batra Hospital & Medical Research Center, New Delhi respectively.
