Dr. Naresh Trehan is a celebrated and world-renowned cardiologist, cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgeon. He serves as the founder and managing director of the prominent Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon. Having performed over 50000 open heart surgeries, he has created a niche in this field. Dr. Trehan is a graduate of King George Medical College, Lucknow. He has held important clinical positions at the New York University Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital and Veterans Administration Hospital. He is also the founder of Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre. Prior to setting-up Medanta, he worked at Apollo Hospitals New Delhi.
