Dr. Praveen Channappa

Dr. Praveen Channappa is a dynamic Internal Medicine Specialist. He has over a decade of experience in the field of Preventive Healthcare. His special interest lies in type 2 diabetes care, hypertension care and more.

Dr. Praveen Channappa has studied MBBS from Bangalore University and went to the United Kingdom. After moving over there, he joined National Health Service in 2001. Afterward, he pursued General Medical Residency for a year in Scotland. Later, he joined postgraduate training (CCT) in family medicine at Fife Acute Hospital NHS Trust, UK. Post CCT Training, he became a part of Coventry and Rugby PCT as a family physician and has been serving them since 2006. He was awarded a membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK. He is a registered member of General Medical Council - UK and Karnataka Medical Council.
