Dr. Samiya Razvi

Dr. Samiya Razvi is a Consultant - Paediatric Pulmonology in Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. She completed MBBS from Christian Medical College & Hospital, Vellore in 1988, DCH from Christian Medical College & Hospital, Vellore in 1991 and MD - Pediatrics from Long Island College, Hospital, New York, USA in 2004. Dr. Razvi was awarded Teacher of the Year, 2008, Pediatric Institute, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio, USA and P.V. Patel Neonatology Award, for Outstanding Resident in Neonatology 2003, The Long Island Hospital & Beth Israel Medical Center, New York, USA.  Dr. Razvi is a member of Asian Academy of Prosthodontics (AAP) and American College of Chest Physicians and has contributed to various publications and presentations like “Delayed separation of the umbilical cord attributable to urachal anomalies” Pediatrics 2001,  “Outcome of intravenous immunoglobulin-transmitted hepatitis C virus infection in primary immunodeficiency” Clinical Immunology 2001 and “Efficacy of intravenous immunoglobulin in the prevention of pneumonia in patients with common variable immunodeficiency” Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology 2002 June to name a few.
