My husband was experiencing scorching pain while resting flat as well as heartburn every time he eats. After performing an endoscopy, it was advised that the enlarged valve in the feeding pipe be surgically closed. After reviewing the earlier data, Dr. Vidyasagar Ramappa just advised us to continue the dietary restrictions and take the medication for a short period of time in order to achieve better long-term effects.
