The most common symptoms of Dengue are high fever, joint pains, headaches, skin rashes and diziness. There is no cure per say, it takes its own time, but the symptoms can be managed. Tke pain killers for the pain and consume large amounts of fluids like ORS and water. Get good amount of rest.
