He forwarded some pretty useful articles. He did not insist that I have surgery, but I did have laser haemorrhoidectomy and laser lateral sphincterotomy when the ointments did not fully heal.

When we received our CBC report after seeing Dr. Govind Nandakumar for piles treatment, we discovered that our haemoglobin level was very low—5.6—and he asked us to receive blood transfusion—RBC 3 units. After this procedure, our haemoglobin level was raised to 11.1 and he asked us to return in a week for piles treatment. I highly recommend him.

My father underwent laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer. Prior to surgery, Dr. Govind Nandakumar had offered unbiased advise to undergo radiotherapy and chemotherapy. six weeks passed after the radiotherapy was finished. Even at his age, he was released 3 days after surgery and could walk unassisted. He had received advice on a temporary stoma, therefore we are delighted that he did not require one.
